How to setup the camera?

1.Download cloudedge APP and register an account.

2.Connect the app to the camera using 2.4HZWiF.

3.Scan the QR code of cloudedge APP with your camera and hear “bugu”, done!

Does the camera support auto-tracking?

This camera does not have an automatic tracking function. You can only manually control the camera movement through the app.

Does the camera support dual-band router?

The camera does not work on 5GHz wifi, our camera only supports 2.4GHz wifi.

How can l share it with my family?

1.Go to the live view page – tap the setting icon in the top right corner.

2.Choose the device share access – tap the add button.

3.Please enter your family member’s CloudEdge account (different from your own).
