Please put them under the sun for direct sun exposure to get fully charged. When you want to charge the string lights, please make sure it’s on status. Then it will be charged automatically.Please handle carefully when installing the solar string light to avoid unnecessary bending or twisting of the copper wires. Be gentle when hanging or removing the lights to reduce stress on the wire.

Troubleshooting Steps

Power it on and cover the solar panel to test if the light is operating. (The solar panel must be in dark/ dim environment to turn on the lights. You can use something to cover the solar panel or put it face to the ground to let it sensor the dark.) Make sure the light is on before installation or charge.

1. Follow the steps above – Turn on the switch and cover the solar panel, the product lights up → The product is normal.

2. Follow the steps above – Turn on the switch and cover the solar panel , the product does not light up, the string lights have run out of power during transportation → Need to be recharged → Put them under the sun for direct sun exposure to get fully charged. Make sure get them charged for no less than 8 hours of direct sun light during the day. (Please power on first before charging.)

3. Turn on the switch, put them under the sun for direct sun exposure to get fully charged, then cover the solar panel , the product does not light up. → The product might be broken.
